  • Do you offer remote positions?

    As we’re just starting out, we prefer candidates who can work on-site at our HQ in Jakarta. However, as we prioritize results, we may agree to flexible/hybrid formats in certain cases. 


    What can I expect during the interview process?

    At From This Island, we have a structured way to hire people. We make sure to ask everyone the same questions and let everyone go through the same case studies for the position so it's fair. Marketing

KOL Associate

Responsibilities:

- Reach and build a KOL network on social media
- Collaborating and maintaining relationships with KOL in accordance with the campaign and brand values
- Implement KOL engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns
- Create KOL plan and content for social media (IG, TikTok, Youtube)
- Make content and brief plan for KOL on social media to enhance brand visibility on social media in line with the campaign and brand vision

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same field
- Good at identifying trends in social media platforms, especially IG and TikTok
- Good project management and execution skills
- Fast learner and hands-on executor with a positive attitude
- Good negotiation skills and interpersonal relation
- Fluent in English is a must


Sales

Key Account Manager (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with e-commerce account managers.
- Pursue media placements and promotions.
- Collaborate on ad budget optimization.
- Evaluate trade marketing effectiveness and budget efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a PLUS.
-Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Category Development, Customer Marketing, Channel Development, in the Beauty/ FMCG sector.
-Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
-Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa and English)
Excellent teamwork abilities.
-Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Finance

Finance Accounting Tax Lead

Responsibilities:
-Leading the financial accounting and reporting process, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
-Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
-Overseeing the tax planning and compliance process, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
-Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
-Providing leadership and mentorship to finance and accounting team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
-Years of progressive experience in financial accounting and tax roles, with demonstrated expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
-Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
-Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Operations

Warehouse Head


Job posting:
-Coordinate logistics processes, ensuring timely customer order processing.
-Develop and implement strategies for optimizing logistics from order to delivery.
-Oversee fulfilment operations, including order processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
-Ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
-Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for campaign and product launch preparation.
-Align efforts to achieve financial targets and company goals.
-Implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
-Maintain documentation and records of warehouse activities.

Requirement:
-More than 2 years of warehouse management experience at the manager level.
-Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
-Knowledge of basic logistics cost commercial.
-Proficiency in inventory management and forecasting.
-Experience with warehouse systems, especially Jubelio, is a plus.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Great attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
-Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa and English.
-Availability for extended hours based on business needs.

Human Resources

HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating on-boarding.
-Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
-Managing employee data and maintaining accurate records in HRIS systems.
-Conducting training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and other relevant HR topics.
-Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and development.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- HR certification is a plus.

General Affair

Responsibilities:
- Arrange logistics and administrative arrangements including travel, accommodations, and meetings
- Maintain records of logistics-related documents and manage filing systems
- Ensure office equipment and systems are operational and handle issues promptly
- Manage facility maintenance, office supplies, and vendor relations
- Handle procurement and inventory control of office supplies
- Negotiate on behalf of the company and maintain vendor relationships
- Interface with internal employees for administrative support
- Update and implement logistics-related policies and procedures
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned

- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
